Instructions for Submitting an Ad
  1. Advertiser Name
    Enter the name of the company who purchased the ad.
  2. Ad Agency Name
    Enter the name of the agency submitting the ad (if applicable).
  3. Your Name, Your Telephone, Your Email
    Enter your name, telephone number and email address so Lawton may contact you if necessary.
  4. This Advertisement is for a
    Choose what type of project the ad is for.  If submitting for more than one project, please submit one and choose the option to submit another after the first one is sent.
  5. Which Chamber or City?
    Enter the name of the chamber or city the ad is being submitted for.
  6. Sales Rep Name
    Enter the name of the Lawton sales representative if known.
  7. Number of Files to Upload
    PC Users: Select the number of files you wish to upload (up to 5 at a time).
    Mac users: you can only submit one compressed file archive (of as many files as you want) at a time in the following formats: .hqx, .sit, .sitx, .zip.  
  8. Browse...
    For each file you wish to upload, click 'Browse...' and browse to that file and select it.  Currently the limit on file size is 200 MB, but be aware that the larger the file is that you upload, the longer it will take to complete.  If the file is larger than 200 MB, please contact us and we can direct you to an ftp site that can be used.
  9. Submit Ad
    After choosing which files to upload, click the 'Submit Ad' button.  An uploading screen will appear.  Once the upload is completed you will be taken to a finish screen.
  10. Success
    At the finish screen you have the option to upload more files for this project or for another project.  The steps are the same as above.
